Our Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s OK! Returns are accepted within 10 business days after delivery. Item must be in new condition with all tags in tact (at our discretion). Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back. We recommend purchasing postage with tracking information so that you can track your return. A 20% restock fee (per item returned) will be deducted to your refund. 

If item is returned in used condition or if tags are NOT in tact, a 50% restock fee will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions. 

Please note -  if a package is returned due to an insufficient, wrong, or incorrect/invalid address, additional shipping WILL be required to resend your package. This cost is the responsibility of the customer. If you no longer want your item(s), a 20% restock fee and original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
